Instructions to Authors

PAPER FORMAT

Papers must be written in English and formatted according to the Springer LNCS guidelines. Author instructions, style files and the copyright form can be downloaded here.

The maximum length of papers is 14 pages (not including references) in this format. The program chairs reserve the right to reject any over-length papers without review.  There is no opportunity to submit additional materials.

The workshop will apply a single-blind review process. The names and affiliations of the authors may therefore be indicated in the manuscript submitted for review.

 

SUBMISSION PROCESS

Papers submitted for evaluation can be either full papers (maximum 14 pages) or extended abstracts of minimum 4 pages. In the case of extended abstracts, the corresponding full paper must be submitted before September 2,  in case of acceptance.

PROCEEDINGS

The papers presented by their authors during the workshop will be gathered in electronic proceedings available online as a collection on the HAL archive (https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/).
